Unicorn Emotions

Emotional Awareness & Expression

Ages 4-10

Follow along with Kyan the Unicorn as they experience and learn the message of the emotions happiness, sadness, anger, worry, fear, and love.

Prompts in the story will guide your client to tell stories of times they've felt similar to Kyan. Or you can choose to use the printable companion workbook where they can draw or write their stories.

The focus is on normalizing all emotions, encouraging emotion identification and expression, and growing the therapist-client connection.

What's Included:

A Digital Slideshow designed specifically for teletherapy sessions.

A Printable Booklet for in-person sessions with a choice of rainbow background or ink-saving white background.

A Printable Client Workbook so you can expand the activity with a space for clients to write or draw about a time they've experienced the named emotion. Includes two versions, rainbow background and ink-saving white background.

Plus, the Unicorn Emotion Chart Activity.

Clients create a color key for each emotion and color in the unicorn to show how much of each emotion they've been feeling. In two formats, horizontal and vertical, to accompany the booklet or client workbook.
