Emetophobia Therapy Game for Kids

Toss Your Cookies is a playful way to engage kids in exposure therapy for emetophobia, the fear of throwing up.

The treatment of emetophobia can include exposure to a hierarchy of situations that create anxiety about vomiting.

While playing Toss Your Cookies, players will encounter vomit-related words, emojis, cartoons, and one photo.

You can use this therapy card game in counseling, plus print out extra copies to send home for practice between sessions.

For ages 8+ to practice exposure to their vomiting fear
